ONLINE ENTRY FORM
Please ensure you have read the Categories & Criteria before entering. Remember it's FREE to enter the Awards, and you are encouraged to submit multiple entries across the categories where applicable. Please answer ALL the questions provided and adhere to the word count stipulated in the entry criteria for each category. Please note that the entry criteria may vary for each category.
Submission for ALL Categories
Entrants are asked to use the criteria to formulate ideally a PDF or a Microsoft Word entry (please note that a PDF entry file is preferred please)
Statistics, spread sheets, graphs, pictures, articles, promotional collateral, web links to online videos etc. can be embedded into the PDF / Word document. Please note that all support material - including research, statistics, graphs, pictures, screen grabs etc. is in addition to your core word count and does not therefore count towards your total as stipulated in the entry criteria for each category. Please note that the entry criteria may vary for each category.
However, please note that the entry must be a maximum of 4 x A4 pages in length, the total file size must not exceed 5Mb and one file only per individual entry may be submitted. If your file size exceeds 5Mb, then your entry will be disqualified.
Please note that ONE FILE ONLY may be attached for each individual entry, so it is important to ensure that your single entry file is complete, checked and contains all the required information, pictures, data and links before you begin the online submission process - duplicate entries with additional files will not be accepted and will be deleted.
General Data Protection Regulation Policy
Under data protection legislation, Beyond Media Services and Revolution Events believe that they have a legitimate interest in using the details you supply when registering, entering and / or reserving your place at Top 50 Companies for Customer Service Gala Dinner & Awards to send you information about the event and the programme. This includes event updates and other special features which form an integral part of the event. Data will NOT be passed to third parties and you will always have a choice and can unsubscribe or opt out at any time.

Please note that once you submit your entry, you are 'opting in' and agreeing for your registration data to be used for the Top 50 Companies for Customer Service Programme updates and promotion only. This data will NOT be used for any other products or given to third parties without prior permission.
IMPORTANT: YOU ARE ONLY ABLE TO UPLOAD ONE FILE PER ENTRY. IF YOU ATTEMPT TO UPLOAD MULTIPLE FILES FOR AN ENTRY, THE SYSTEM WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO SUBMIT AND YOUR ENTRY WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.
Once you have pressed "Add file" and selected your entry document, please allow time for your Entry Document to upload to the site - this may take some minutes depending on the size of your document (less than 5MB only). Once your entry has been processed, you will be sent a confirmation email with your entry details.
